Hudson Piers Begins Leasing For Next Phase Of Yonkers Waterfront Luxury Residential Towers

Pricing for residences at Pier III starts at around $2,300 per month, with first occupancy slated for May.

YONKERS, NY — A pampered life, overlooking the Hudson, continues to be a little more in reach, as a developer makes a big announcement.

Extell Development Company announced that leasing has begun for Phase III at Hudson Piers, a mixed-use riverfront development located on over 20 acres along the downtown Yonkers waterfront.

Hudson Piers, Extell's first Westchester property, will be one of the largest mixed-use developments in the county, and consists of six new luxury rental buildings featuring 1,400 residences, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, with ground-floor retail space and amenities along the Hudson River Promenade.

Pier III is the second residential building in the development. The seven-story building has 176 residences with "well-proportioned layouts," including three-bedrooms, with plenty of natural light, custom finishes and views of the Palisades.

Pricing for residences at Pier III at Hudson Piers starts at approximately $2,300 per month, with first occupancy slated for May.

"Hudson Piers is emerging as a superior lifestyle destination," Moshe Botnick, Senior VP of Development at Extell Development Company, said. "The opening of Pier III at Hudson Piers marks another step forward in the vision for a vibrant and connected Yonkers waterfront community."

Located along Alexander Street, Water Grant Street, and Babcock Place, Hudson Piers was designed by Perkins Eastman Architects with interiors by McGinley Design.

The apartments at Hudson Piers feature oversized windows, with views of the Hudson River, the Palisades, and beyond. The units have integrated kitchens with Miele stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and quartz stone countertops. The bathrooms help "create a serene atmosphere" with fixtures by Kohler, custom millwork, and oversized mirrors. All residences include a washer and dryer, along with multiple zones for heating and cooling. Select residences have private terraces.

Indoor amenities include a 24-hour main desk concierge, on-site security, indoor parking, state-of-the-art fitness centers, yoga and spin studios, a catering kitchen, a private screening room, a waterfront lounge, a business center with conference rooms, an indoor playroom, a game room, a teen room, bicycle storage, and package storage.

Outdoor amenities include two large, landscaped terraces, a saltwater swimming pool with cabanas and grilling stations, a bocce court, a putting green, fire pits, hammocks, and a dog park.

With over 1.5 miles of waterfront access, the Yonkers riverfront gives residents immediate access to open green spaces, pathways for biking and running, and activities such as outdoor yoga or a sunset sail along the Hudson.

The new Promenade at Hudson Piers will also feature new dining and retail options.
