Irvington Village Board OKs Certain Businesses At Train Station
A variety of establishments are allowed, but those that emit noise or odors are not.

IRVINGTON, NY — The village board of Irvington voted Monday to restrict certain types of businesses around the Ardsley-on-Hudson train station. The local law amendment allows a wide variety of establishments but said fast-food chains and drive-through businesses are not OK.
Businesses that produce noise, odor, fumes or radiation are also prohibited, lohud.com said.
