Irvington's Peyton Ella Appears in Showboat with Vanessa Williams at Lincoln Center

NYC - Local Child Actress Peyton Ella Stars alongside Vanessa Williams in Showboat at Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center presented by the New York Philharmonic. Tickets are still available for performances with the show running from November 5th- November 8th, 2014.

The classic Kern and Hammerstein musical Showboat is now playing for a limited run at Lincoln Center in NYC. it stars Vanessa Williams, Norm Lewis, Julian Ovenden, Jane Alexander, Fred Willard, Lauren Worsham and others.

Peyton, who is a singer and actress, plays the role of “Kim”. She states, “It’s fun because the cast is so nice. I get to sing with the rest of the cast during the finale of the show. We stand on stage in a line and sing Can’t Help Lovin’ that Man of Mine.”
