Italian Clothing Brand Leases Ardsley Space
All of the second floor was leased, as well as some of the third.
ARDSLEY, NY — A large space in the flex building at 466 Saw Mill River Rd. in Ardsley has been leased to a major Italian clothing brand.
The name of the tenant was not released to the public, but the company is leasing the entire 26,000-square-foot second floor as well as 6,500 square feet of the third floor, as its distribution center for the region, the Journal News said.
