Jane and Walt Daniels, Authors of Walkable Westchester @ the Irvington Public Library

One of the best guide to trails and hikes in Westchester County has just gotten better! Jane and Walt Daniels, authors of Walkable Westchester, have released a new edition. They will be at the Irvington Public Library on Tuesday night, July 14th at 7:30 p.m. to inform you about the wonderful walking trails available in Westchester County. According to the authors, there are over 180 parks and more than 600 miles of trails in Westchester County. The Daniels have organized their listings according to handicapped accessibility; dog-friendly; bicycle riders welcomed, etc. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and for signing.
