Appointment of Assistant Superintendent for Business, Facilities and Operations at Ardsley Schools

The Ardsley Board of Education has appointed Kelly E. Seibert to the position of Assistant Superintendent for Business, Facilities and Operations, effective December 9, 2015.
Mr. Seibert comes to Ardsley from the Ramapo Central School District where he led their business office as Assistant Superintendent for the last four years. Mr. Seibert began his finance career in 2007 at the Dutchess County Board of Cooperative Educational Services and is currently the President of the Lower Hudson Chapter of the New York State Association of School Business Officials.
“I am very pleased with the outcome of our search and am confident that Kelly will successfully support our District in meeting its financial goals,” said Lauren Allan, Superintendent of Ardsley Schools. “His experience and background in managing district budgets, executing financial strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing all business functions will be an asset to our organization.”

“From a large pool of applicants, we felt that Kelly was the best candidate to lead our business office and maintain our high levels of strong fiscal responsibility. We are thrilled that he will be joining our team and look forward to working with him,” said Joanne Sold, President of the Ardsley Board of Education.
Mr. Seibert holds a Masters of Business Administration from Western New England University, a Certificate of Advanced Studies in School Business Administration from SUNY at New Paltz, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
