Lottery Now Open For 10 Affordable Units At The 'Trilogy Lofts At Tuckahoe'

YONKERS, NY — The newest luxury apartment building in Yonkers is now accepting applications for 10 "fair and affordable rent" housing units.

The Housing Action Council announced that "Trilogy Lofts At Tuckahoe," located at 21 Scarsdale Road, in Yonkers, will have 10 newly constructed units set aside for affordable housing, including one 2-bedroom, four 1-bedrooms, two studios, and three alcove studios.

The building, developed by Crest Wood Owners LLC, is located at the intersection of Scarsdale Road and Yonkers Ave., on the border of the Village of Tuckahoe.

Amenities at Trilogy Lofts include a fully equipped fitness center, coworking lounges, conference spaces, a rooftop terrace, a rooftop indoor lounge, a rooftop kitchen, a wellness hub, a golf simulator, a social clubhouse, a clubhouse fireplace, a bar lounge, pet amenities, secure package storage, bike storage, and on-site parking.

Apartments are loft-style with 10- to 12-foot ceilings, have open-concept/high-volume layouts, quartz countertops, flat-panel cabinetry, wide-plank LVP flooring, and premium stone bathroom tile.

The apartments are available to those with a household income between 40 percent to 100 percent of the average monthly income in the region.

Rents for the studios range from $1,016 to $2,202, depending on household size (1 person) and annual household income ($47,480 to $95,000).

Rents for the alcove studios range from $2,203 to $2,796, depending on household size (1 person) and annual household income ($95,000 to $118,700).

Rents for the one-bedrooms range from $1,000 to $3,630, depending on household size (1 person to 3 people) and annual household income ($47,480 to $152,650).

Rents for the two-bedrooms range from $2,469 to $4,334, depending on household size (2 people to 5 people) and annual household income ($108,600 to 183,200).

Tenants are responsible for paying electricity, trash, administrative fees, and building amenity fees.

The Trilogy Lofts are located close to the Metro-North Railroad Harlem Line, the Bee-Line Bus system service, stores, and restaurants. Parking is available.

The building is zoned to the Yonkers City School District.

Applications for the apartments must be received by the Housing Action Council by July 13, 2026. The application can also be downloaded here to mail in or hand-deliver.
