Man Accused Of Drunken Driving At Traffic Stop
Police determined he was drunk while he was asking for directions.

GREENBURGH, NY — An Orange County man was accused of drunken driving on the Thruway in the Town of Greenburgh. State police said Kevin G. Williams, 61, of Westtown, Orange County, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and vehicle and traffic violations.
Police said that, around 10:45 p.m. Feb. 22, Williams approached troopers during a traffic stop on I-87 to ask for directions.
Troopers determined he was intoxicated.

Williams was arrested and taken to the Tarrytown barracks where his blood alcohol content was found to be 0.26 percent
He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Greenburgh Court March 4.
