There is a new market at the four corners in Hartsdale that just had their grand opening. Inkattera Market is located at During my years as Town Supervisor I have attended numerous grand openings. I have never experienced a grand opening with so much excitement, energy and enthusiasm from customers. Watch the video link below –there was dancing on the sidewalk, on the side of the building during opening day. And a tremendous amount of joy from customers. If you are from Peru you’ll feel at home. And if you have never been to Peru you’ll love the experience of enjoying delicious treats.
