New York State Police Arrest Dobbs Ferry Man for DWI

Leo Napior of Dobbs Ferry was arrested yesterday for DWI.

Dobbs Ferry resident Leo Napior, 29, was arrested at 2 a.m. yesterday in Elmsford for driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent, according to  release from New York State Police.  

Cortlandt Troopers made the arrest after stopping the vehicle and, upon their approach, noticed an odor of alcohol emanating from the driver. Napior failed all sobriety tests that were administered.

Police brought Napior where they discovered his blood alcohol concentration to be just over the legal limit.

Napior is to appear in Elmsford Village Court on June 10.
