Opening reception for artist J. Sinxero Beltran@ the Irvington Public Library

“Elements of Influence,” grafstract expressionism by J. Sinxero Beltran, will be on exhibit in the Martucci Gallery at the Irvington Public LIbrary until March 30th. An opening reception for the artist will be held this Saturday, March 7, from 12 Noon until 4:45 p.m. J. SinXero Beltran paints with aerosol paint, mixed media and acrylic paints on canvas and on walls of buildings. A graduate of New York City College of Technology, he is the founder and Executive Director of TAG Public Arts Project, whose mission is to encourage Urban Artists to work together to enhance the visual landscape of urban communities with art.
