Pair Arrested With Drugs On The Thruway: Police
Among the drugs police said they found were crack cocaine and marijuana.

ARDSLEY, NY — A Bronx man and an upstate woman were arrested in Ardsley on a variety of charges, some drug-related. State police said Sean. L. Goodwin, 36, of the Bronx, and his passenger Stacey L. Dressel, 37, of Porter Corners, Saratoga County, were taken into custody after a traffic stop at 2:18 a.m. July 23 on I-87.
Probable cause to search the vehicle and its occupants was established and police said they found about 30 grams of crack cocaine, 36 grams of MDMA, 3 grams of alazopram and less than 1 gram of marijuana.

Goodwin was charged with the following:

- Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, felony
- Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, narcotic drug, felony
- Seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor
- Unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation
- Second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor
- Controlled substance in non-original container, a violation
- Vehicle and traffic violation
Dressel was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor.
They are both awaiting arraignment in the Village of Ardsley Court.
