Paws Crossed Pet Of The Week: Weesy

ELMSFORD, NY — The pet of the week at Paws Crossed is Weesy.

The 2-year-old female feline came to the rescue organization from Hi-Tor Shelther in Pomona where she and her sister Thelma had been for almost a year and a half.

Pamela Piragnoli, cat manager of Paws Crossed, said she fell in love with the pair at first sight.

“Weesy has the sweetest temperament and just loves to play,” Piragnoli said. She is a little chubby at the moment because she has hypothyroidism, but is on medicationi and a wet food only diet of OM to get her weight down a bit.”

Thelma was adopted a few weeks ago, so Weesy is ready to follow in her sister’s pawsteps.
