Pet Of The Week: Go See 'Alien'

With all the talk about storming Area 51 to see the aliens from another part of the universe, Paws Crossed Animal Rescue has a better, closer idea. Go to the pet rescue facility in Elmsford and see "Alien," a 5 month old male hound mix.

He's described as a silly fellow with a great personality who just wants to be loved.

Alien has expressive big puppy eyes and a tail that is non-stop when you talk to him.

The organization's officials said he adores people and has been great in puppy play dates. He also hasn't met a tennis ball he doesn't like and will bring it back to you all day long — as long it means you are spending time with him.

Alien, who is available for adoption, is neutered, microchipped and up to date on age appropriate shots.

Paws Crossed Animal Rescue is located at 100 Warehouse Lane South in Elmsford.
