Probation for Former Student Who Punched Ardsley Man, Causing His Death
An autopsy said the cause of death was directly related to the punch he received more than a year before.

A sentence has been handed down in the death of an Ardsley man.
Arasp Biparva, 24, of College Park, Maryland, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter Friday and was sentenced to three years’ probation in the punching death of Jack Godfrey, 21, of Ardsley, according to an Associated Press article at lohud.com.
Godfrey died over a year after Biparva punched him, but it was determined he died from a seizure, injuries to his head and aseptic meningitis, all related to serious injuries to his skull and brain from the punch, NBCWashington.com said.
