The Mercy College softball team swept Chestnut Hill College in non-conference twinbill action today (April 6), 8-0 and 18-1 (run-ruling the Griffins in both games in 5 innings).

In the opening contest, Mercy sophomore hurler Alexandra Puglisi (Shelton, Conn.) fired a no-hitter en route to her ninth win of the year. She walked one and struck out eight batters.

Mercy Softball
Here you’ll find the link to the press release about today’s (April 5) softball doubleheader between Mercy College and Dowling College. Dowling grabbed the first game in six innings, 15-4, and won the second, 7-0.
Women's Lax
The Mercy College women's lacrosse team enjoyed a great all-around team performance but fell just short against ECC foe Molloy College, which received votes in the most recent IWLCA rankings, 10-9. Junior Stephanie DiLegge made 14 saves in net, including stopping an incredible 8 of 11 free position shots.
