Restaurant Killing Suspect Accused Of 2017 Slash Attack

IRVINGTON, NY — The woman accused of stabbing a co-worker during preparation for lunch at a popular Irvington eatery has been in trouble before, according to news reports. News 12 reported she had been indicted on assault charges in October, over allegations she slashed her boyfriend's roommate.

Rosa Ramirez is accused of stabbing Bonifacio A. Rodriguez while they were at the River City Grille around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. Rodriguez died of his wounds shortly after noon.

A GoFundMe site for Bonifacio Rodriguez' widow and family was set up by the owner of the River City Grille. It has raised $13,817 of its $25,000 goal. The money is earmarked first for funeral expenses and then for the care of the two children.
