Rivertown Dance Academy to Offer Open House Performance

TARRYTOWN, NY — Rivertown Dance Academy has invited the public to its inaugural Open House performance.

Organizers said this informal showing will feature students of all ages demonstrating their knowledge of and passion for dance.

Attendees can expect a 45-minute performance filled with ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, modern, vogue and West African dance.

The performance will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10 at the TTUMC Arts Center, 27 S. Washington St. in Tarrytown.

This is a free event with a $5 suggested donation.

Rivertown Dance Academy offers a year-round dance curriculum as well as a variety of performing ensembles for all ages, interests, and abilities without financial or cultural barriers to participation.

Holding extensive academic, performance, and pedagogic credentials, the teaching faculty is dedicated to developing the artistic and personal growth of each student. A centrally located facility, bilingual literature, and need-based financial aid ensure that outstanding dance education is possible for all.
