Rivertowns Square Development Nearing Completion

DOBBS FERRY, NY — A new mixed-use development in Dobbs Ferry is nearing completion and is transforming the neighborhood. Rivertowns Square, which is located west of Exit 16 of the Saw Mill River Parkway, features just over 200 luxury apartments, a hotel, movie theater, daycare center, restaurants and more.

The development replaced 200,000 square feet of deteriorating buildings that made up a paint and chemical company, the Journal News said.

Rents for one-bedroom start at $2,700, and the commercial section is 90 percent leased.
