Sustainable Westchester tips- how to reduce your Con Ed bills

link to presentation below

Last week Lauren Brois and Natalia Zhiltsova of Sustainable Westchester spoke at a forum at Greenburgh Town Hall—providing residents with tips how they can reduce their Con Ed utility bills. About 60 residents attended –each received an energy savings kit worth about $80 dollar. These kits will help Greenburgh residents make their homes more energy efficient and SAVE MONEY.

This was the second community meeting Sustainable Westchester participated in helping residents save money on their Con Ed bills. Another forum will take place in the fall of 2025. If you would like to be invited to the next forum (and receive the FREE energy kits worth $80) please e mail me at pfeiner@greenburghny.com.

Sustainable Westchester also mentioned that in addition to the energy savings tips residents can save even more by participating in GridRewards. The average household earns $80 per year in cash by reducing electricity use at peak times.
