Valentine's Day Dining: Prix-Fixe Dinner at Chutney Masala in Irvington

At Chutney Masala in Irvington, guests who order a three-course meal from the Valentine’s Day menu on Feb. 14, 2016 will receive a complimentary glass of sparkling wine or house wine. The entrées come with basmati rice and nan bread.

Customers pick an appetizer, an entrée and a dessert. The cost is $49.95 per person (sales tax and gratuity are additional).

1. Pan fried patties of spinach and homemade cheese with toasted lentils
2. Avocado, semolina crisps, savory yogurt, tangy chutneys
   
3. Tofu Manchurian. Firm tofu in a sweet chili garlic reduction
4. Chili chicken. Gram flour dusted crispy tilapia, mint aioli

1. Saag Paneer. Sautéed mushrooms and seasoned, tempered puréed spinach
2. Sweet and sour baby eggplant, toasted sesame and peanuts
3. Chicken Tikka Masala. Tikkas in a fenugreek scented tomato cream sauce
4. Spicy lamb curry with malt vinegar, whole spices and potatoes
5. Tandoori Salmon. Wild salmon, tandoor grilled
6. Sautéed shrimp with a hint of mango chutney
7. Tangy and piquant lobster meat curry from the region of Goa
