Victim In Rockland Crash Was Westchester Resident

Clarkstown police have identified the victim of Monday's fatal crash in Rockland County. Two trucks and a car collided in Valley Cottage and one person died. The victim is Jose Lopez, 51, of Yonkers, NY.

Monday's accident took place at about 3:45 p.m. on Route 303 and Storms Road. Lopez succumbed to severe injuries. Three other people were transported to Nyack Hospital's emergency room for non-life threatening injuries, police said. Police said the investigation is still ongoing and there have been no summons issued or arrest made.
