The following is the agenda for the Village of Dobbs Ferry’s Board of Trustees meeting, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8:

6:30 pm: Open public meeting and consider motion to adjourn to Executive Session for Legal and Personnel matters related to the Village Administrator Search.

1. Consider a motion to authorize the Attorney for the Village to commence action in Supreme Court relating to The Landing Conservation Easement.

2. Consider a motion to appoint Deputy Village Treasurer Jeff Chuhta as Village Treasurer for an annual salary of $95,000.00, for a term of two years, effective September 21, 2015.

3. Consider a motion to accept the Village Treasurer’s Financial Report for June of 2015.

4. Consider a motion to authorize the Village Treasurer to process year end transfers for the 2014-2015 fiscal period.

5. Consider a motion to approve a Serial Bond Resolution authorizing the issuance of up to $180,932.00 aggregate principal amount serial bonds of the Village of Dobbs Ferry, pursuant to the Local Finance Law, to finance the costs of the payment of the Livingston Ridge Condominium settled Certiorari claim.

6. Consider a motion to authorize the Village Treasurer to execute a lease agreement with Konica/Minolta through NYS Contract for office copier equipment for a term of five years for a monthly rate of $354.11.
