Water Main Improvement Project Will Cause Service Interruptions In Hastings
Some customers may experience water service interruptions.

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, NY — A SUEZ water main improvement project will result in a temporary service interruption for about 125 customers in the vicinity of Villard Road in Hastings-on-Hudson. Customers on the streets identified below may have no water or low water pressure for a few hours while the repairs are being made.
SUEZ will notify customers who will be impacted to fill containers with water to be used for cooking and drinking while they are working.
These residents may also temporarily have discolored water.This is the result of harmless sediment which is stirred up in the main.

While the water is safe, customers may prefer to wait until the water runs clear before drinking or washing clothes or dishes.
The service interruption will impact customers on the following dates and streets:

- May 15 — S. Calumet, Villard, Croton, Bakers and Darwin
- May 16 — Terrace and South Drive
- May 17 — Circle, Ferndale and Chestnut
- May 18 — Circle, Ferndale and Chestnut
SUEZ said the company apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks customers for their patience while they complete the work on this project.
