'We’re Listening Weekend' At Hudson Valley Post Offices

The postmasters want to talk to customers and solicit community feedback.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Postal managers will be in 24 post office lobbies in the Hudson Valley from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. this weekend talking to customers and soliciting community feedback. This local community outreach initiative, called "We’re Listening Weekend," is an ongoing effort to expand the existing lines of communications in the Postal Service’s Westchester District to help identify opportunities to improve service.

If you can’t make it to "We’re Listening Weekend," postmasters also recommend these postal points of contact:

  • Call the Westchester District Consumer & Industry Contact Office at 914-697-7000, extension zero
  • Call the Postal Service’s Customer Care Center at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)
  • Send an email to the Postal Service by visiting the USPS.com website and clicking on “Contact Us” at the bottom of the homepage
  • Voice your opinion about a recent Post Office retail experience on the Point Of Sale survey by following the directions on the retail sales receipt.
