Westchester Man Arrested For Putting Phone Under Victim's Skirt: YPD

YONKERS, NY — "We have no tolerance for creeps violating people's privacy in our City," Yonkers police warn.
The Yonkers Police Department says that on Nov. 6, around 1:30 p.m., 22-year-old Gueovanni Patterson, of Yonkers, walked up behind a woman and put his cellphone up her skirt.
The woman attempted to confront him, at which point he fled.

Passersby came to the woman's assistance and called police to report the incident.
On Nov. 14, the Yonkers Police Department's Intelligence Unit was able to find Patterson after positively identifying him. He was arrested and charged with felony second degree unlawful surveillance. Patterson was held on bail and is awaiting his next court appearance this week.
