Westchester Power rate comparison with Con Ed: Tuesday at 5

Town Board to hear from Westchester Power Tuesday at 5 PM
ESCO rates that 29 municipalities have signed up for have recently been HIGHER than Con Ed's
Proposal: Mailing should go out to every resident who hav not opted out advising of the rate differences
It's possible that in the coming months Con Ed rates could be higher than the ESCOs because Con Ed rates can go up or down each month---the ESCOs rates stay the same.
