White Plains Man, 30, ID'd in Fatal Saw Mill Crash in Irvington

Armando Flores-Flores, 30, of White Plains, has been identified as the victim in Sunday’s fatal crash on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Irvington, according to county police.

Flores-Flores was traveling southbound on the Saw Mill when his car hit another vehicle and then an embankment. He was ejected from the car.

The Journal News reports that Flores-Flores may have been trying to pass a minivan and hit it, which caused him to then strike the embankment near exit 20.
