Hastings girls lacrosse made the trip to the Hackley School to play Sleepy Hollow. The game proved to be exciting and competitive up to the last seconds as Hastings thwarted a barrage of late shots on goal by Sleepy Hollow. While the game ended in a 6-6 draw the girls of both teams celebrated afterwards to make a point that the final score was irrelevant. It was good to see the spirit of competition and sportsmanship thriving with these young competitors.
