Historic ROC Cinema listed for sale, owners say (spectrumlocalnews.com) — Rochester's oldest movie theater, ROC Cinema on South Clinton Avenue, has been listed for sale as its owners prepare to move to San Diego. After investing heavily in renovations, they hope a new owner will preserve the historic building's community role, whether as a theater or a reimagined neighborhood space.
