• City documents violations at Pinnacle Place (ithacajournal.com) — City inspectors have documented code violations at Pinnacle Place, a South Clinton Avenue high-rise in Rochester, after complaints about water leaks and a severe garbage backup. Longtime tenants and the Rochester Tenant Union say elevator outages, trash piled up to upper floors, and understaffing are creating unsanitary, difficult living conditions, and they're pressing management and city leaders for stronger enforcement and accountability.
