$1,300 Stolen From Oceanside Bagel Shop: Police

OCEANSIDE, NY — A bagel shop in Oceanside was burglarized on Wednesday morning.

An employee of Bagel House, at 2664 Long Beach Rd., went to enter the store at 9 a.m. when he noticed the back door was open, police said.

Approximately $1,300 was taken from the shop by an unknown person, authorities said.
