2 Hurt in Long Beach Crash

Accident occurred Tuesday afternoon.

At 2:47 p.m. the City of Long Beach Fire Department was alerted for a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Lincoln Boulevard and E. Pine Street. Upon arrival units found a passenger pinned in one vehicle who had to be extricated. Members of Engine 2343 used the Jaws of Life to cut the door open and safely remove the passenger who was transported in stable condition by Ambulance 2319 to South Nassau Communities Hospital. Another patient with minor injuries was brought to South Nassau’s Long Beach Campus.
