2 Queens Men Caught Using Fake Credit Cards: RVC Police

Larceny
On Jan. 23 at 12:32 a.m., a restaurant manager on N. Park Avenue reported two customers left without paying for their meals.
On Jan. 24 at 1:21 p.m., a gym patron reported someone broke her car window and stole her pocketbook while the vehicle was parked in Municipal Parking Field 1 near Sunrise Highway during the afternoon.

On Jan. 27 at 9:17 a.m., a Dartmouth Street resident reported the wheels were stolen from his car while it was parked overnight.

On Jan. 23 at 4:29 p.m., a driver reported her car was damaged while it was parked in a lot near Windsor Avenue during the afternoon.
Recovered Stolen Auto
On Jan. 13 at 10:29 a.m., the manager of a truck rental facility on Maple Avenue reported a vehicle that previously had been reported stolen was returned to their lot.
Arrests
On Jan. 21 at 9:35 p.m., Kevin Lubin, 19, of Rosedale, and Ken Valcin, 32, of Queens Village, were arrested and charged with criminal possession of forgery devices and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument after they were found using a fraudulent credit card inside a restaurant on Merrick Road.
On Jan. 22 at 2:30 p.m., Tahmel A. Cole, 20, of Bayshore; Jonathon Apollon, 20, of Jamaica; and Antione Rose, 19, of Medford, were arrested after a stolen vehicle investigation on Sunrise Highway. Cole was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, driving while ability impaired by drugs, reckless driving, false personation, third-degree unlawful fleeing of a police officer and traffic infractions. Apollon and Rose were each charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle.
On Jan. 25 at 12:27 p.m., Kemar C. Moore, 33, of Inwood, was arrested and charged with first-degree identity theft, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and fourth-degree grand larceny after he attempted to withdraw money from a bank on N. Village Avenue.
On Jan. 26 at 1:29 p.m., Willie Kirby, 56, of Roosevelt, was arrested and charged with petty larceny after he was allegedly seen shoplifting at a store on N. Village Avenue.
On Jan. 27 at 4:47 p.m., Darrel S. Ramsingh, 24, of Jamaica, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and traffic infractions after he was observed driving on Sunrise Highway.
