All Ages Can Enjoy Weekend Rockville Centre 5K Fun Run

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — There's still to take part in Rockville Centre's 5K/Mile Family Fun Run. It's a $30 late registration fee for the 5K run, which includes the fun run.

It's on Sat., Nov. 19 with the one-mile sprint starting at 8:30 a.m., while the 5K race is at 9:30 a.m.

T-shirts will be handed out to the first 100 children signed up for the fun run and the first 300 registrants for the 5K race.

All ages are invited to participate in various groups, from 14 and under to 80 and over. It is open to wheelchair-bound athletes as well.

The races are organized by the Rockville Centre Recreation Department and the Rockville Centre Chamber of Commerce.
