HEMPSTEAD, NY — Police have identified the two people who were found with gunshot wounds inside a Hempstead home on Wednesday morning.
They were identified as brothers Garfield Adamson, 50, and David Adamson, 52, both of Hempstead, according to Nassau County police.
Police said, "After Garfield Adamson shot the victim, he turned the gun on himself."
At about 10:21 a.m. on Aug. 12, police responded to a 911 call at Angevine Avenue and found two people with gunshot wounds inside a house, according to police.
The two people were pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
