
Landshark Restaurant, the family-friendly restaurant located on the famous Freeport Nautical Mile, welcomes Consulting Chef John Brill, Executive Chef Joe Ricci and General Manager Rick Gates to the team. The trio previously joined forces to open Redfish Grille, in Planview, and 105 Harbor, in Cold Springs. Brill and Gates also contributed to rave reviews during the opening of Blue Lagoon, in Babylon, and Four Food Studio, in Melville. Irwin and Robin Krasnow, owners of Landshark Restaurant and Landshark Tiki Bar, hope that history will repeat itself once more as the three embark on boosting the quality of dining at the restaurant.
John Brill brings his signature Szechuan calamari to the menu along with crab crusted swordfish, maple glazed salmon and a Jack Daniel’s marinated rib-eye steak. Brill will also prepare a series of wine dinners that will feature locally harvested vegetables and seafood to be paired with wines from Duckwalk Vineyards and Pindar Vineyards.
