On Oct. 5 at 11:20 a.m., John Nutini, 58, of Alabama Street, Long Beach, was arrested and charged with second degree assault following an investigation by police personnel at Mercy Medical Center, 1000 N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On Oct. 6 at 11:11 a.m., Omotayo Ojomo, 25, of 225th Street, Cambria Heights, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Merrick Road, Rockville Centre.

On Oct. 7 at 1:25 p.m., Rayneil Acevedodelarosa, 24, of E. Broadway, Long Beach, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Hempstead Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On Oct. 9 at 3:57 a.m., Christopher James Mari, 21, of Stevenson Street, Lynbrook was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of N. Park Avenue, Rockville Centre.

On Oct. 11 at 4:25 a.m., Patrel Duncan, 21, of Old Mill Court, Rockville Centre was arrested and charged with petit larceny following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of 128 N. Village Avenue.

On Oct. 10 at 8:44 p.m., a woman from Banks Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that her boyfriend’s former wife from East Islip texted and called her, violating a valid order of protection.
Larceny
On Oct. 5 at 9:05 p.m., a man from Merrick Road, Rockville Centre reported that someone stole credit and debit cards from a wallet in his car parked in Municipal Parking Field 8 and made $1,178.50 in unauthorized transactions.
On Oct. 5 at 5:25 p.m., a person from Hempstead Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that a 2015 Audi was stolen and recovered following an auto accident in Municipal Parking Field 22; an unknown man the scene fled on foot.
Theft of Services
On Oct. 9 at 7 p.m., a manager from Wild Ginger, at 424 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre, reported that an unknown woman underpaid a restaurant bill, resulting in a $59.70 loss.
Unusual Incidents
On Oct. 5 at 2:29 p.m., a manager from TD Bank, located at 290 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre, reported that a technician discovered that someone had placed a skimmer device on an ATM.
Criminal Mischief
On Oct. 3 at 2:37 p.m., a person from Bayview Court, Oceanside reported that someone damaged the driver’s side of a 2015 Hyundai car parked opposite 100 Oceanside Road, Rockville Centre.
On Oct. 4 at 7:56 p.m., a person from 232nd Street, Laurelton reported that someone damaged the passenger-side door to a 2015 Hyundai car parked at Villa Saint Joseph, located 984 N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.
Harassment
On Oct. 3 at 7:51 p.m., a complainant from Meehan Lane, Rockville Centre reported that a neighbor threatened her, causing annoyance and alarm.
