Nassau Smoke Shop Robbed By Gun; Man Sought: Police

BETHPAGE, NY — A smoke shop was robbed over the weekend in Bethpage.

According to Nassau police, an unknown man entered the Royal Smoke Shop on North Wantagh Avenue Saturday evening.

The man approached the store clerk and demanded money, while displaying a handgun, police said.

The clerk complied and the man fled on foot.

There were two employees and no customers present inside the store at the time of the robbery, authorities said.
