Bicycles Stolen From LIRR Racks: Rockville Centre Police

The Rockville Centre Police Department reported the following incidents for the week ending July 1.

Larceny

  • On June 27 at 1:57 p.m., a customer at a store on N. Park Avenue reported her wallet was stolen after she accidentally left it on the counter.
  • On June 27 at 9:23 p.m., a commuter reported his bicycle was stolen from the rack at the LIRR station while he was at work during the day.
  • On June 28 at 8:03 p.m., a commuter reported his bicycle was stolen from the rack at the LIRR station while he was at work during the day,
  • On June 30 at 9:46 a.m., a Reeve Road resident reported his vehicle was stolen from his driveway overnight.

  • On June 28 at 6:25 a.m., Mya Andrews, 25, of Hempstead, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree criminal trespassing during a disturbance on N. Village Avenue.
