With locations in Garden City and Syosset we train over 2,000 children each week at every swim level from Beginner to Olympian. VALLEY STREAM, NY — A centenarian is getting feted by Nassau County. Valley Stream resident Nancy Canfarotta turned 105 on Friday. County Executive Bruce Blakeman was expected to visit Canfarotta to help her celebrate the birthday and her amazing longevity. Canfarotta was born during the final year of World War I in 1917.

Valley Stream resident Nancy Canfarotta turned 105 on Friday. County Executive Bruce Blakeman was expected to visit Canfarotta to help her celebrate the birthday and her amazing longevity.
