Bonefish Grill Ribbon Cutting Set for Monday

A brand new restaurant will officially open their doors to Rockville Centre next week.

Bonefish Grill will welcome dinner guests Monday at their newly constructed location at 340 Sunrise Highway.

The seafood franchise got its start in Florida in 2000 and has since opened more franchises around the country, including seven others in New York State. Rockville Centre's is the first on Long Island, according to their website.

The restaurant will serve dinner seven days a week. Monday through Thursday from 4 – 10:30 p.m., Friday from 4 – 11:30 p.m., Saturday from 3 – 11:30 p.m., and 2 – 9 p.m. on Sunday. Lunch will be offered on Saturday from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.  and brunch will be offered from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., on Sunday.

.Bonefish will also hold a ribbon cutting Monday to officially open the restaurant.
