The Cradle of Aviation Museum is proud to present an event that is a pure celebration of all things comic book culture. It is an opportunity for comic readers to meet and greet local comic book creators, for collectors on the hunt for rare books and toys to shop with some of the best vendors, for cosplayers to gather and celebrate their favorite fandoms, and for retro gamers to get their game on.
This spectacular yet intimate experience allows fans of all ages to gather, socialize, and share their passion for what they love. It’s also a great day out for families, with activities for kids throughout the event.

The Rockville Centre Guild for the Arts and St. Agnes Cathedral Parish proudly present the South Shore Symphony in its annual concert at the Cathedral on Friday, May 29th at 7:30 pm. The Symphony, under the musical direction of Adam Glaser, and the combined choirs of St. Agnes Cathedral, under the direction of Michael Bower, will jointly perform several well known works. The program will begin with Mozart’s Regina Ceoli in C Major, 1st movement, J.S. Bach’s Mass in B Minor “Dona Nobis” and Beethoven’s Christ on the Mount of Olive: Hallelujah. The program will conclude with the monumental Beethoven’s Symphony no. 9, op. 125 in D minor. The performance is free to the public, but a donation is requested. The Cathedral is located at 29 Quealy Place, Rockville Centre and is wheelchair accessible.
