Cops: 3 Wanted in Five Towns Identity Theft
Trio cashed $5,500 in checks from Inwood victim, cops said.

Nassau County Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying three people for their role in a Five Towns resident’s idenity.
The Inwood victim reported two withdrawals from their checking account totaling $5,500 between Oct. 2 and 4, cops said.

The three caught on camera reportedly cashed checks from the victim’s account at three Chase Banks on Fordham Road and Jerome Avenue in the Bronx, police said.
Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
