On Jan. 14 at 5 p.m., Shawn M. Mangra, 21, of Jamaica, Queens, was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana after he was observed driving a vehicle on Sunrise Highway.
On Jan. 17 at 12:19 p.m., Collin Thomas, 27, of Springfield Gardens, was arrested and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two traffic offenses after he was observed driving in Municipal Parking Field 1 near Sunrise Highway.
