Assembly District 21 Nailbiter: Curran Holds Slight Edge Over Griffin
Incumbent Griffin trails Brian Curran in her bid for a third term in the Assembly.

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — Incumbent Assemblywoman Judy Griffin is trailing in a tight race to keep her seat in the 21st Assembly District.
With the unofficial vote tally complete, according to the Nassau Country Board of Elections, Griffin is behind Republican Brian Curran by 270 votes.
"Let’s be patient, take the victory when it comes, and work together to fix New York by continuing our fight to repeal cashless bail laws and stop runaway taxes," Curran wrote on Facebook.

Griffin, a native of Rockville Centre, was first elected in 2018.
Curran, a former mayor of Lynbrook, held an Assembly seat from the 14th District a decade ago.
