Aperitif Bistro Lounge Wine Bar Serves Mother’s Day Brunch & Dinner

Aperitif Bistro Lounge Wine Bar, Rockville Centre’s first French bistro, will celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 13 with brunch and dinner.  Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $21 per person and includes a Bloody Mary or Mimosa.  Dinner will be offered from 4 to 10 p.m. with the regular a la carte menu and chef specials.   The brunch menu includes:

* Banana Pancakes

* Apple French Toast

* Salmon Gravlax served with potato pancake, cucumber, and dill capers olive oil

* Quiche Lorraine made with gruyère cheese and bacon served with mixed greens

SALADS with grilled chicken or grilled hanger steak

* Mixed greens salad with blue cheese, pear, candied walnuts dried cherries in a champagne vinaigrette

* Traditional Caesar Salad in a creamy Caesar dressing served with croutons

* Cold Seafood Salad with shrimp, mussels, calamari, scallops and a citrus olive oil dressing

EGGS

* Classic Omelette with cheese and fresh herbs

* Chef’s Omelette with goat cheese, mushrooms, and spinach

* Persil Omelette with gruyère cheese, caramelized onions, olives, and tomatoes

* Two Eggs Any Style

* Eggs Benedict - two poached egg with hollandaise sauce, Canadian bacon on English Muffin

* Eggs Florentine over toast with spinach and morning sauce

CREPES

* Chicken and Vegetables * Ham, Cheese, and Fresh Herbs * Shrimp and Asparagus * Diced Filet Mignon and Mushrooms

ENTREES

* Skirt Steak and Eggs

* Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Plate served with melted goat cheese

* Homemade Ravioli of the Day

* Potato Gnocchi with mushrooms, truffle oil and walnuts brown butter sauce

SANDWICHES

* Sirloin Burger with or without cheese

* Grilled Chicken with caramelized onions and melted cheese

* Tuna Nicoise Wrap with boil eggs, peppers, olives, French beans on whole wheat tortilla

* Grilled Hanger Steak with sautéed mushrooms and cheese on a baguette

* Smoked Salmon with cream cheese and Croissant

MUSSELS AND FRIES

* Mussels Provençale with garlic, tomato, basil sauce

* Mussels Marinière with garlic, parsley, white wine broth
