Mitzvah Day- A Day for Kids,Youth Families and Adults

Mitzvah Day at Central Synagogue of Nassau County, A Reform Congregation. 

This year, Central Synagogue’s Mitzvah Day is aligned with the theme of health and nutrition.  We will have activities for young children, youth, and adults, including:

• Introduction to yoga;
• Cooking demonstration and a healthy snack sampling;
• Hands-on arts & crafts activities;
• Read–alouds,  music/movement workshop for little ones;
• Informational session on the NYS Health Exchanges and the new Health Care Legislation
