Children must be the specified age for each program by Jan. 31. Your library card and proof of age for your child are required for first-time registrants. The Library is pleased to offer a phone-in story time registration for those who have shown proof of age for their child before registration and keeps a list of RVC patrons eligible for phone-in story time. If you are unsure if you are eligible, please check at the Children’s Reference Desk before the registration date.
2 year olds (with parent or caregiver) = Tot Time
3 & 4 year olds (ready to separate) = On My Own
Kindergarteners = Kinder Kids
3-5 year olds = Books Before Bedtime
