Fall Hydrant Flushing In Rockville Centre; Discolored Water Possible
It takes place from Oct. 19-25 throughout the village.

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — Residents and businesses in Rockville Centre should plan for some change in water pressure.
The village's water department will have its Fall Hydrant Flushing from Oct. 19-Oct. 25.
Not only can the water pressure be altered, but discolored water may also seep into homes and businesses. The village says the water is safe to drink. It may stain laundry, though.
